The following items are valid for Return & Refund:

1. Non-consumable items.

2. Wrong item received. Wrong variation of item received.

3. Only "factory defective" items.

4. Non-disposable items.

5. Return requests are only valid for 7-days upon delivery.

6. Change of mind is not allowed. All correct items delivered are considered as final sale and cannot be returned and refunded.

Upon receipt of the returned item/s, our team will perform validation if the item/s returned are valid for refund.
